Establishing A Lawn Of The Ornamental Peanut

I would like to establish a lawn of Arachis Glabrata or ornamental peanut and cannotfind resoureces of how to do this. Do I roto till the whole lawnor dig holes to start thenew plants, etc. Would appreciate any references to helpme with this process. Thanks
