Bougainvillea Plants

Q.Dying Bougainvillea

I really need help. My potted bougainvillea was growing beautifully with lovely foliage. All of a sudden the leaves are drying out, crumpling and dying, a slow but inexorable process. It gets plenty of sun and I dont overwater or fertilise it. There are no other signs of disease or pests.

Unfortunately, without photos it would be hard to say. Unfortunately, though, it sounds like overwatering or wet and heavy soils.

They will not tolerate clay soils, heavy soils, or moist soils, for that matter. They enjoy a thorough dry out between waterings.
