Dwarf Peach Tree Purchased One Month Ago, No Growth,bud Burst. In Greenhouse.

Stems still green and flexible. Buds, some just fall off when touched. Bought from outside area of store, potted. Have re-potted and fed and placed in ‘cold’ greenhouse. How long should I wait before returning item?

We are based in the US. I don't know very much about the regulations in your country, but I would recommend contacting the company that you purchased your tree from. They will be able to offer information about that.
