Q.Does Mint Lose Its Taste??

I have a spearmint plant that has been growing outside for years. This year the taste doesn’t seem as strong as usual. Is there something I can do? The plant looks healthy and normal. Does mint lose its taste after a number of years???????

No, it shouldn't lose its flavor. Are you fertilizing or enriching the soil with compost? Dividing the plant every two years? Pruning regularly? If those don't help, you may want to replace it. Here is more:
