Does Cutting Off Hosta Shoots/Flowers Cause Problems

tmcclintockt added on August 9, 2015 | Answered

I do not like the look of the shoots on the hosta plant. I want to cut them off as soon as I see them. Will this slowly kill the plant?

No, cutting the flower stalks from the plant will not cause any harm.
