Q.Do I cut these off the trunk of the tree and just plant them in the dirt?

Do I cut these off the trunk of the tree and just plant them in the dirt? It is a patio bonfire Peach tree but these two little steps coming off are going to be new trees. I just don’t know how to take them off or plant them or how do I do this?

Yes, according to my online research, those trees do not have a rootstock so those suckers growing should be the same as the parent tree.

I also read that the fruit is not edible and the leaves, twigs and stems are all poisonous if eaten.
