Dahlia seedlings?

I bought a bedding tray with about 300 4 inch seedlings last week. They are now potted up indivdually in 3 inch pots and growing well,what do i do next to ensure healthy plants? will they flower this year?

Yes they will flower this year, but slugs will love them. I put mine out at 5-6 inches about a week ago. Lots of water and feed to make the tubers grow.
