Container Hibiscus Plants

Q.Concerning My Hibiscus

I have container Hibiscus and recently have noticed some very small critters on them. They are tiny and black and there are smaller ones and they are white in color. I have also noticed these plants attract ants. Any help with either will be appreciated.

I also recommend neem oil. It is effective against these kinds of pests (as well as many others, should aphids not be the ones in question) and is safe for people and pets. Getting rid of the aphids and the sweet honeydew they produce, will take care of the ants that are attracted to it. Here is more info on that:
