Bernadette, the close as I could get to finding an answer for you is that it is called Camassia Quamash ... I found it on this website: http://www.pnwflowers.com/ When you get to the home page, do a search for the name. You will see pictures, and one in particular flower, a yellow one, shows the pinecone shape your blue one has. I hope this is what you are looking for.
