I would like to know its name.
Bernadette, the close as I could get to finding an answer for you is that it is called Camassia Quamash ... I found it on this website: http://www.pnwflowers.com/ When you get to the home page, do a search for the name. You will see pictures, and one in particular flower, a yellow one, shows the pinecone shape your blue one has. I hope this is what you are looking for.
can camas lily bulbs be forced to bloom for a wedding in vases or pots? How long do the blooms last? How long from sprout to bloom?
If you put them into a warm, dark area for a month or two, then bring them out into cool air with bright light, they will sprout and bloom. Here is an article on their care: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/bulbs/camas-lily/camas-plant-care.htm
