Can you freeze Malabar Spinach?

Malabar Spinach is ready to flower, I’ll strip leaves before they turn bitter.
Can I cook and freeze?

Freezing isn't really the best means of storage, unless you can flash freeze it in water almost instantly. It will store for a short period in the refrigerator, though.
