Can Thuja Giant Arborvitae Survive Dog Urine?

My male dogs have recently decided my arborvitae transplanted trees need extra watering, can/will they survive?

Dog urine can cause injury to arborvitae. The salts in the urine can burn the foliage. Rinse the plants right away if you are able.
