Q.Can Natural Wildflower Plants Be Transplanted To A Garden.

I want to transplant the wildflower plants in a vacant lot before a house is built.

Some of them will transplant but it's often better to collect seeds in the fall and sow those. You also would need the landowner's permission before digging up any plants.

Other options are identifying which flowers are on the lot, then buying seeds from a nursery or online. There also are plenty of native plant or wildflower nurseries now that can provide transplants.
