Anyone Know The Proper Name For This Flower – I’ve Been Told Its A Buttercup

Super aggressive with pretty yellow petals and in the fall the stems turn red (I’m in Michigan). I really hope the pic comes thru this time. It is showing uploaded. Also any advice on how to best transplant. I like the flowers, they just do not go in my flower garden and I would like to put by my shed. Thank You
