New plants I bought were outside and got snowed on. Is there anything I can do to try and save them? Plants that were in tray outside-quart size: cilantro, rosemary, basil, mint, tomatoes

I have been growing cilantro for close to a month now in a long window box-type planter outside on my porch. It has grown significantly in the past 2 weeks and has the leaves that I am familiar with when using cilantro. I want to know if it is ready to harvest yet. I see the cilantro leaves, but near the bottom of the plant I can still see the long green leaves that it has when it first starts growing, which I do not see on bundles of cilantro when I've bought them at the store. Is it not quite ready to be harvested yet? Or are those long leaves picked off when the cilantro is harvested to be sold in stores? I have them planted close together in the window box so it's hard to see how tall they are, but they appear to be between 4-5" tall as of now. This is the first time I've grown it on my own and want to harvest and preserve it before it goes to seed. A friend told me to wait about another week or two. Does that sound about right? I can smell the familiar cilantro fragrance right now, but it's not as pungent as I'm familiar with when you get store bought cilantro. What do you suggest?

How do I keep cilantro going?
You don't say whether you're wanting to grow it indoors or outdoors, so here are two articles: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/herbs/cilantro/how-to-grow-cilantro-indoors.htm

I have noticed that the potted herbs that some grocery stores sell generally don't do very well compared to potted herbs purchased from a garden store.
How to store and keep cilantro seeds good to replant again. Same for any other seeds.
This article will help with that: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/seeds/storing-seeds.htm
I planted some cilantro seeds in biodegradible starter pots that can be placed directly in the ground when the plant is ready. The cilantro has grown very well and is several inches tall now. However, I put way too many seeds in each tiny container, so there are about 15 baby plants in each container. Obviously, the immediate problem is that they are crowded. It wasn't until after they started growing that I read they should be spaced out more. However, I know cilantro does not tolerate stress/change very well and I am leery of trying to separate the plants. PLUS, the roots have begun to show through the bottom of the fiber pots. I don't know what to do, whether to leave them alone, crowded and all, and just put the pots in the dirt, or to try to separate them, pulling them out of what I'm sure is a tangled mess, as well as possibly having to break the roots already entwined in the pots. Either way, I know I might lose the plants. I just need to know what might be least harmful.
I personally would leave them together, or at the very most cut the pots in half. The way that cilantro grows and how it is harvested, not too much harm will come from them growing crowded. As long as they get enough water, you should still be fine.
Something is eating my cilantro in our garden. What do you think it is and how do I control it?
Hard to tell what's eating the cilantro with no description of the damage, e.g. round bites out of the leaf edges, or whole plants gone, etc. Cilantro is not much troubled by insect and disease, although slugs might have a munch or two. Deer supposedly don't much care for it, but rabbits, mice, raccoons, and others will eat it.
