zucchini

Question

What causes a zucchini plant to grow beautifully, have very strong and lovely leaves, multitudes of flowers but produce no fruit. They are planted near tomatoes with lots of fruit so there are creatures that are pollinating. Thank you for your help.

Pollination would seem to be the problem - timing is all important and tomatoes normally flower before zucchini.
