My zucchini plants do not have any female flowers or fruit. A lot of male flowers. How do I encourage fruit?

It just takes time. You cannot rush it. The plant naturally front loads the vine with male blossoms to ensure that when the female blossoms come, they can be pollinated. Don't worry, it will happen very soon.
