Zucchini female fruit starts very yellow and small and falls off

Question

Hi,
I have zucchini plants, recently they started to drop off all the small female fruits before they start to open; they are born yellow and small and keep shrinking in size until they detach and fall.  They don’t reach the point to open for pollination.
The water is good, ph =7-6.5, the soil is well drained in raised beds, made out of garden soil, coir, compost with mulch on top, I had three successful fruits but then this started to happen
What can be the cause? I prune them so that they don’t cluster and compete, good spacing no sign of vine bore , or mildew, leaves are nice and green!
Can you please advise me what can be the cause?
