Question

What do I use to kill trash grass in my Zoysia and what type of pre-emergent should I use in the fall and winter to prevent trash grass from starting in the spring? Is there something that will kill St. Augustine without killing the Zoysia? I live in southern Texas near Houston.

If the areas are not too large, you can try spot treating them with either boiling water or Round-up.
