I recently planted zoysia plugs a week or two ago, and they all have turned a light yellow color. What shall I do? I They are in full-sun in a dry climate zone, temps are averaging in high 80s to mid 90s.

Yellowing can mean over or under watering. The plugs should be watered daily for the first couple of weeks. If you didn't add a weak fertilizer solution before planting, you can do that now. This article should help:
