Q.zoysia lawn

My lawn (zoysia grass) has brown patches and it seem to be dying; I had this grass planted because it was to be stronger than the St. Augustine grass, but now I am having the same problem I had before. Please advise.

The brown patches are likely caused by a fungus. Here is information on a few common ones:
