Q.Yucca. Is Is Safe To Cut Out The Many Offshoots And How?

Zone HARLOW ENGLAND CM20 1RF | chaz added on July 4, 2020 | Answered

My yucca has not flowered now for the second year, but has many sturdy offshoots. Are these stopping it flowering and how do I get rid of them?
