Yucca Going Yellow

Hello there, we have a big yucca by the front door and it starting to get yellow leaves at the centre on some of the plant crowns. I’m worried its diseased and it may spread to the whole plant. any advice on what I can do many thanks

It could be several things, but make sure that they have time to dry out. Overwatering will be the most common issue.
