Hello and thanks for your question. Here is a link to an article about this that may be of help to you >> https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/roses/yellow-rose-leaves.htm

Sometimes the sunblaze roses are sold in pots with actually more than one of the rosebushes in the pot. The marketing folks do this to make them look fuller and more beautiful to sell. Problem is that there are too many in one pot and they start crowding each other and thus also kill each other. I advise folks to take the rosebush(es) out of the pot they are in and see if there is just one plant or perhaps as many as five in that one pot. If you find that you do have several rosebushes in the same pot, carefully seperate them and pot them up seperately. Give them all some water with root stimulator and Super Thrive mixed into it. They should all respond nicely. Even if there is only one rosebush in the pot or planting location, replanting it with fresh good planting soils may just be the ticket to clearing up problems with things such as soils salts or things that have been poured in the area of the roses. I have seen some very nice plants and roses killed by guests dumping out unwanted drinks upon them or into their pots/containers. We cannot watch them all the time and these things do happen. Check the soils moisture too and make sure it is not too wet or too dry.
