Q.Yellow Spots On The Leaves Of A Papaya Tree
My papaya tree is about 9 months old and bears fruit. There are yellow spots on the leaves of the branch where the fruit grows. May I know what is the cause of this and how to cure it. Can I cut the leaves with the spots and will it affect the fruit it is bearing, though the fruit comes out from the main stem? Thanks for your attention.

It looks like it could be downy mildew. Here is information about the disease as well as anthracnose, which can be a problem for papaya.
