Yarrow removal/control

Question

I have started weed and feed program using B and Q weed and feed product containing some of the chemicals to eliminate Yarrow. I propose to do this every month until autumn but after robust watering (advised online) of the lawn, I want to treat it with a special application specifically for Yarrow to speed up the process. What product should I use and where can I get it?
