Q.Would Clematis Florida Kokonoe Be Hardy In Central Scotland

It will be in a sheltered spot facing south near a house wall average soil I grow many clematis for all year flowering

We are based in the US, so I am not completely familiar with the climate of your area.

I can tell you that this particular variety is only hardy down to 0F or roughly -17C so if it doesn't get below that in your area, then it will be fine to plant.
