Q.Wisteria yellow tipped leaves
My 5 year old Wisteria has developed leaves that first turn yellow on the leaf tips and progresses to the entire leaf that turns brown.
Wisteria is tough and hardy, and suffers from very few diseases. First make sure the plant is getting enough water, but that the soil is well drained enough that it's not muddy. Other than this, the most likely problem is some kind of root problem, nematodes or galls. This article has more information: https://plantdiseasehandbook.tamu.edu/landscaping/shrubs/wisteria/
You can take some root and leaf samples to the county extension service for advice and assistance. This link will help you find the nearest office: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/info/what-is-extension-service.htm
