Wisteria vine

Question

I planted two wisteria vines in Albuquerque, NM last fall. They seem to be growing well, but neither bloomed in late spring. Will they bloom in the summer? Further, the leaves on one of them are curling even though it has been getting regular watering, every other day with temperatures in the high nineties. Thank you.
