Wisteria, Problem With Neighbours

Next door neighbour growing wisteria against septic tank and wall and it’s growing up under our house roof and going down septic tank flue… We are at our wits end being bullied by our neighbours, we are two elderly sisters and very peaceful and respectful ladies. Please can you advise us.

I would think your neighbors would be happy to prune the wisteria to prevent its clogging the flue. Is this a rental situation where you can report it to the landlord? Wisteria can get very aggressive and the landlord may want the plant removed entirely. At the very least, the neighbor or the landlord should prune the wisteria twice a year to keep it under control. If it is your personal property that is being invaded by the plant, you can prune it yourself. Here is more:
