Q.wisteria how to make it bloom

My wife has never had blooms on her wisteria. Can you tell me how to make it bloom?

Depending on if it was from seed, or cutting, it can take 6 years or more to show flowers. If it is older than this, and you know it should be flowering, then try fertilizing with a high phosphorus and potassium fertilizer.
