Q.Will Vinegar To Kill Fruit Flies Hurt Houseplants?
I am using apple cider vinegar & dish soap, it is located in a terrarium. I am using it to kill fruit flies that come in my apt. Will it hurt my houseplants to add it to the distilled water, when I water the plants?

Vinegar can kill your plants so don't add it to their water. The apple cider vinegar, plus a little sugar and dish soap in a small container will attract and kill the fruit flies. Place it near water such as a sink.
Are you sure they are fruit flies and not fungus gnats? Fungus gnats hatch out of moist soil so keeping your houseplants on the drier side helps with those. Sticky traps can also help.
