Q.Will kousa dogwood trees grow in Texas

I just want to know if they will grow in Texas.

The USDA hardiness zone for Houston is 9a. Kousa dogwood is listed as hardy to zone 8. So there's a chance that it may too warm for them in Houston. However, I would check with the local County Extension Service for advice specific to your area.
