Why Yucca Does Not Flower

Question

I planted a Yucca Plant about four years ago and it has never flowered. The plant is healthy and growing large. I just want to know why it did not flower and if I have to do something before it will flower.

Yuccas bloom intermittently. It is just a waiting game and there is not much that can be done to make them bloom.
