Why My Malay Apple Tree’s Leaf Started To Withering Like This?

Please tell me what happened to my plant and why it happened. What should i do to get rid of these things? Thanks. This is the photo of my tree leaf.

This is common of bacterial and fungal infections. This can be caused by compact or overly wet soils, but can be caused by excessive humidity.

A fungicide will be necessary.
