Why is my plant dying?

Question

My plant was indoors for the winter and now its outside for the summer and spring
But idk if it will reach summer it looks horrible
In my country there is 10-27 degrees celsius
Rains sometimes but rains alot

It is simply being overwatered! Let it dry out thoroughly between waterings, and treat with a sprinkle of wettable sulfur, and dolomitic lime. Make sure to follow all package instructions.
