Q.Why Is My Passion Fruit Seedy But Pulpless Dry

Plant produces fruit green turning to yellow, but is dry and white inside with red seeds. Plant is on S facing wall in enclosed garden.

Passion vine is frost sensitive so it can be easily damaged when exposed to cold temperatures. Plants that die back to the ground often come back through suckering underground or by seed. You may want to bring the plant in for the winter. Make sure it is mulched well. It also needs lots of water and well draining soil. Here are more care tips that should help:
