Q.Why Is My Fuschia Hybrid Dark Eyes Struggling?
I had it in an area that only has direct sun for a couple hours before sunset, I thought the leaves were yellowing due to the direct sunlight so I moved it to an area on my back patio that never gets direct sun but it hasn’t improved much. It’s dropping most of it’s leaves and they all look like the photos I’ve attached. I looked at it closely and I see some new leaves budding and it still has some flowers budding. The soil, I feel, is too wet currently (this wasn’t always the case– I watered it yesterday) so today I put something in the bottom of the container to help it drain better. What should I do?

Your photo did not come through, but I would suggest that you take off all of the dead material, trim your plant back a bit, rethink the drainage in your pot and fertilize the plant. Here's an article that outlines the best growing conditions:
