Q.Why Is My Fingerling Egg Plant Not Producing Fruit Despite Hand Pollinating

Our fingerling eggplant is healthy and strong and quite large now and it has produced two cycles of flowering the first cycle we did not pollinate the second cycle I hand pollinated and now I’m having flower drop issues again.

Since pollination doesn't seem to be the problem, not enough water may be the reason. Here is more:
