Why Have Some Leaves to My Zucchini Plants Dropped?

Plants have been very healthy and producing extremely well as of yesterday. When I went out today, some of the plants had their leaves laying on the ground, looks almost like the plants had been stepped on by a very large animal, which is very unlikely.
