Q.Why have my hyssop plants not bloomed ?

My hyssop is doing well but they have no blooms.

Is that hyssop in the photo? Hyssop has smallish leaves. It is perennial and blooms in mid summer to early autumn. I don't know how old your plant is but perennials don't always bloom the first year they are planted.
