Q.why dois a tree covered in ladybirds and leaves dripping in what looks like sap

hundreds of ladybirds and larva with green/black fly whole tree covered also in this sticky substance

The lady beetles and their larvae are natural pest predators, feasting on an insect pest, probably aphids.
The sap-like substance is "honeydew", the excretion from the sucking insect pest.
