Q.Why Did My Jade Plant Fall Over After Watering.

I have attached before and after photos. I watered my jade and left for the day. When I returned my jade had fallen over. Is there anything I can do.

It looks like the wet soil allowed the heavy stems to weigh down. In winter, they need less water. It would help to prune the plant so the stems aren't so heavy. Here is info on watering and pruning:
