Zucchini Flowers Falling Off the Plant Before They Develop

Question

I have a green zucchini right next to a yellow zucchini. The yellow is producing fruit, but the green one’s flowers never produce a fruit. They just flower and then fall off. I can’t find any evidence of worms or bugs or fungus. It has been very hot and perhaps I haven’t watered enough. Or is this common, and if so, why?

Apparently if the flowers are all male this will happen. sometimes the females are produced later
