Q.Why Are My Beet Seedlings Bass/root Black And Super Thin?

Many of my Beet seedlings are falling over/ very weak stem, and some of them have turned Black by the Base/roots. I pulled one out and it was one single root and Black

The, exact, disease will be dictated by your location and climate, which was not disclosed. Treatment will be disease specific many times. Most of the time, it is one of two genera. Rhizoctonia and Pythium.
