Q.leaves on my eucalyptus turning brown

Why are all the leaves on my eucalyptus turning brown? The tree was 3 ft tall when I planted it 2 years ago. It has grown about a foot but in the last few weeks the leaves have started to turn brown.

Browning leaves could be cause by weather stresses. To much water or to little.
Eucalyptus trees can be susceptible to fungus diseases and a few pests.
Read the following articles and see if you can pinpoint any of the symptoms on your tree.
Eucalyptus trees generally are a fast growing tree, with most cultivators growing a foot or more each year.
Your tree seems to have a rather slow rate of growth. This could indicate improper planting or poor growing conditions.
