Q.White Spots On The **trunk** Of The Avocado Tree
II have 15 white spots about from the bottom of the trunk. They are about a dime- quarter in size. It’s an avocado tree. I’ve read I can scrape off and apply Diluted Clorox and water Or neem oil Or a fungicide spray. I’d like to do natural first. Do you know how I test it and how often? Thank you! And how long I do this?

It looks similar to avocado trunk cankers. The sugary sap that leaks is crystalizing, causing the white spots. You can scrape those off. Try to determine what is causing the cankers: woodpeckers, insects, disease. These articles should help:
