Q.White Insect Egg Tunnels on Back of Holly Leaves

I found many insect eggs in a white tunnel like line on the back of my holly leaves. What can this be? How do I get rid of it or them?

It sounds like you may have pests, perhaps scale or mealybugs. I would recommend neem oil. I have found it to be very effective against these pests. Here is more information on it:
