When To Take Potted Strawberries Out Of The Garden Bed?

I buried the whole pot into my garden beds and mulched them for winter, I live in Lithuania and it gets very cold, it’s the end of March and still negative temperatures at night. When should I remove the plants from their winter blankets?

Remove the mulch after the last expected frost. But if a freeze threatens, go ahead and cover them again for the night.
