I just need to know when is the dormant season for my indoor Rubber a tree plant so I can water it accordingly

Watering should remain consistent throughout the year. There will be no, true, dormancy. It may slow down during the winter, but watering will always be on an "as needed" basis. You should always check before watering to ensure that you do not water when not necessary. Make sure that the soil dries down, completely, to about 3 to 5 inches.
